Social Media Executive

The Role:
Brad Advertising are looking for a Social Media Executive – This person will have experience growing online communities and will be:
- Working directly with the Founder & Creative Director, Creative team to define the community strategy across organic social, PR, influencers/content creators and affiliates.
- Implementing the strategy across all organic social channels (IG, FB, Pinterest, LinkedIn).
- Initiating and delivering brand partnerships that create excitement on socials, i.e. giveaways.
- Overseeing the PR & Affiliates agencies.
- Producing regular campaign ideas and execution to grow the community.
- Aligning these with the SEO Content & Email Exec and Creative Lead in the Marketing & Content Calendar to ensure the content calendar has creative ideas born out of social listening, as well as maximising the potential for repurposing.
- Encouraging community participation to feed into creative process for marketing, product, and service, for example polls, live shopping etc.
- Writing and posting all social content.
- Managing daily community engagement – likes, comments, shares.
- Building a bank of UGC, EGC and Live Shopping content.
- Monthly social media reporting and competitor analysis including social listening – including utilising automated reporting to better utilise your time.
- Managing content production via graphic designers, videographers, photographers and illustrators (our in-house team).

- Reach/Visibility
- Audience growth rate
- Impressions
- Brand mentions / Brand searches
- CTR
- Demographic insights
- Campaign performance
- Video views and watch time
